Iain Crossing is a Business Psychologist with deep expertise in leadership assessment, executive leadership coaching and development, and guiding culture change in organisations.

Over the last 20 years, he has worked 1:1 with more than 1,200 executives around the world, developing their insights and skills to lead high-performing, highly-engaged organisations to success.

The quality of Iain’s evidence-based practice as a Business Psychologist, combined with his commercial acumen, have made him a long-term trusted advisor to many executives and HR Directors. These enduring relationships have enabled him to develop an intimate understanding of their business, culture and, people, which means he can work quickly and incisively with their leaders to achieve genuinely transformational outcomes.

His work with business leaders from different cultures in Australia, Asia, the UK, and the USA has motivated his PhD research into the ‘Bamboo Ceiling’ phenomenon, which refers to the proportionally low representation of people with Asian backgrounds in senior leadership roles in Australia. In his view, one of the most complex challenges organisations face is developing their leadership skills and culture to compete successfully for talent in diverse geographies. The combination of Iain’s academic research and applied experience enable him to give his clients direct access to leading-edge knowledge and expertise in the areas of Transformational Leadership, culture change, and leadership diversity.

Iain is a guest lecturer in psychology at the University of Sydney where he lectures on the assessment of competence, intelligence and personality in the workplace. He is also accredited with the Psychology Board of Australia as a Supervisor of provisionally registered Psychologists.

Helen Crossing is one of Australia’s most experienced Business Psychologists.  She has nearly 35 years’ experience delivering executive assessment and leadership and team development programs to organisations from start-ups through to multi-national corporations.

Helen has established and maintained many long-lasting consulting relationships with organisations in Australia and internationally across a wide range of industries including finance, manufacturing, industrial services, and aviation. She has also worked at all levels in organisations from CEOs through to front-line employees.

Helen’s depth and breadth of experience mean that she has a profound understanding of how organisations function as dynamic systems of people and groups in relationships. She has used this knowledge in her work with business leaders to help them optimise the impact they have on culture, team dynamics, and productivity.

Helen’s international assignments with CEOs and executives have included large-scale change management, leadership development, and selection assessment programs in the UK, USA, China, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and Greece.  She understands the business and cultural issues facing leaders competing in the international arena. Her commercial and pragmatic approach helps leaders to create environments that are high-performing and inspirational for their people.

Helen is also a Director of Media Access Australia, recently rebranded as The Centre for formerly the Australian Caption Centre, a role she has held since 1998.
